Michelle’s approach to Design are unconventional and forward thinking,

Hailing from an ancestral lineage of self-taught cutters, she demonstrated her love of clothing at the early age of 3 yrs old. Michelle's mentor, her aunt Joan, a graduate of London College of Fashion. At the tender age of 9 Michelle began constructing garments for herself and friends, by age 21 Michelle was designing and constructing garments for small music videos which launched her career as a fashion stylist. Michelle has graced many facets of the fashion and film industry. Her expertise lead her to work with Celebrity clients, Stylist for MTV Canada, Canada’s next Top Model Cycle III, Editorial, Advertising as well as an On Air Style Expert.

Michelle Costume Designer her first series for MTV in 2009 - “Valemont”. Michelle has been attached to some of Toronto coolest

productions throughout the years : Emmy Award winning The Handmaids Tale, Suicide Squad Best Man Holiday and Suits. She then went onto to designing Aaliyah: Princess of R&B, In Contempt and In the Shadow of the Moon Salt N Pepa and the Wendy Williams Movie.

In addition to everything else she was involved with, 2016 Michelle create a line Mongolian fur jackets and accessories named after her maternal grandparents “Myrtle and Oswald”

And she has no plans of stopping anytime soon.
